As an Assistant Store Manager at Carrol Boyes, you are both a brand ambassador and a retail leader.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach and develop employees, maintain operational excellence and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example on the sales floor and support all aspects of store operations, ensuring that company assets, merchandise and operational standards are protected and maintained at all times.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the store.
