The Area Manager plays a critical role in shaping the commercial and operational success of the Pretoria and Surrounds retail region. Working closely with Store Managers, Retail Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Logistics, the role ensures that each store is effectively led, commercially focused and consistently representative of the Carrol Boyes brand.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role requiring regular store visits, decisive action, strong commercial judgement and the ability to coach managers through performance, people and operational challenges. The successful incumbent will balance sales growth with disciplined execution, cost awareness, stock integrity, service excellence and employee engagement.
