As a Junior Planner at Carrol Boyes, you will support the merchandise planning function by analysing sales and stock performance, maintaining planning reports, monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock allocation and replenishment activities.

You will work closely with the Merchandise, Buying, Retail Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure the right products are available in the right quantities, at the right time. Through accurate reporting, forecasting and analysis, you will contribute to achieving sales, stock and profitability objectives across the business.

The role requires a highly analytical individual who is detail-oriented, commercially aware and passionate about using data to support business decision-making.
