You are accountable for achieving sales targets, analysing KPIs, delivering exceptional service, recruiting, scheduling, coaching and managing the team, maintaining stock integrity and visual standards, controlling cash and daily operations, completing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with company, health, safety and security requirements.
