The glass lid provides easy viewing of food in the pans or pots. The Flow range is expertly crafted with attention to the smallest details that deliver a professional cooking experience. The Flow handle is an ergonomically designed handle for comfort when cooking. The Frying Pan Lid has a steam vent to release steam while cooking which aids in in the prevention of liquids or food boiling over and rattling whilst cooking.
