The annual Carrol Boyes Virtual Sale offers customers a 30-minute WhatsApp-based shopping session with clearance items, including imperfect, ex-display, discontinued, or unpackaged products sold as-is and subject to availability. Invoices can be adjusted once before acceptance, and only secure card payment links are allowed, with orders dispatched within 7–10 working days after payment reflects. By replying “Accept”, customers agree to all Terms & Conditions, including the no-refunds, no-returns, and no-exchanges policy.

Sessions cannot be extended.

Items sold are clearance items and may include imperfect products, ex-display/shop-soiled items, discontinued products, or items without packaging.
No guarantees are made regarding product condition or packaging.
Customers can request polishing at their own cost at any Carrol Boyes store.
Pricing & Invoices
Products are subject to availability and may sell out at any time.
Carrol Boyes reserves the right to withdraw items from sale without notice.
If items purchased with a promotion code are returned, refunds will be based on the amount paid after the discount. (e.g., R1000 - R250 coupon = R750 refund)
Carrol Boyes is not liable for lost or stolen promotion codes.
Carrol Boyes reserves the right to cancel or modify promotion codes at any time.
Payment
A quotation/invoice is sent via WhatsApp once items are selected.
Customers can make changes to the invoice once before final acceptance.
Once accepted, no further changes may be made.
Shipping & Delivery
Only secure card payment links sent via WhatsApp are accepted.
No EFT, Snapscan, Zapper, or manual bank deposits are allowed.
Customers have 5–10 minutes to complete payment once the link is sent.
Orders not paid within the required timeframe are automatically cancelled.
Payment must reflect before the order is processed or packed.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
All items are sold as-is.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted.
Communication
All shopping takes place via WhatsApp message or video call.

Order Processing
Once payment is confirmed, the order is invoiced, prepared for dispatch, packaged, and passed to the courier.
No manual paperwork is exchanged.
Acceptance
