The striking handle features Carrol's classic 'man' design as a sculptural piece which has been ergonomically designed to be comfortable for left and right handed people. The blade of this specialty knife features a Japanese inspired blade which is suited to slicing and dicing wet vegetables and fruit. The indentations in the blade allow for the chopped food to not stick to the blade and thereby not hampering the use of the knife. This Santoku Knife is beautifully packaged which provides a luxury unboxing experience. This dual sharpened German engineered blade delivers superior cutting, dicing, slicing, mincing and chopping whilst the blunt end of the beautiful sculptural handle can be used for crushing garlic. This Handwashing is recommended as dishwashing dulls the blades.
