Our Delivery Promise To You

We aim to ensure that once your order is placed, it is received in good condition and within the timeframe we have promised. From packaging to delivery, our teams together with our certified partners aim to give you the best customer experience we can offer.

 

Placing your order

  • Please ensure that your delivery address and your contact details are correct
  • Your order will be processed once we have received your payment
    (Note: orders paid via EFT usually takes 2-3 days to clear)
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed

Time frames for local deliveries:

  • Online orders can take up to 7 working days to be delivered, however 80% of our deliveries are done within 3 working days.
  • Deliveries are done on weekdays only. Please note that in peak trading season, delivery may take up to 7 days, we will notify you of any delays.
  • You can also track your order at any time,
    • Simply log onto your profile and navigate to your dashboard, here you will find your previous orders - simply click on the order you wish to track and follow the prompts.
    • Or go straight to the courier partner website and use the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email or alternatively,

    • To track your order on Dawn Wing / DPD courier platform, click here
    • Kindly note that if you are not available for the first and/or subsequent delivery attempts – additional delivery costs will apply
    • If your order is returned due to non-collection, or the maximum attempts of delivery have been undertaken, a refund (less the courier costs) will be processed
  • We’ll contact you and let you know should there be any changes to your delivery
  • Furniture Deliveries:

    • Kindly note: Carrol Boyes furniture is made to order, and certain pieces have a lead time of 10 days before shipping. Furniture that requires components from external suppliers can have a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks before shipping.

  • International delivery takes 8 to 10 working days unless otherwise communicated.

We take the utmost pride in the workmanship of our products and our craftmanship extends into offering an outstanding customer experience. For this very reason, we include product care and use instructions with every product.  If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase or product, kindly familiarize yourself with our policy below for resolution.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • All returns and exchanges should always be accompanied by proof of purchase – in the form of a receipt or gift receipt.
  • All returns and exchanges will be done within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Local and international change of heart purchases are for the customer’s cost.
  • Damaged, defective, faulty, and/or incorrect orders received will be for our cost.
  • Products being returned must be in a sellable condition* and in their original packaging.
  • Only products purchased on our website or at our Carrol Boyes stores will qualify for returns and exchanges.

Please follow the following steps for returns:

  • Step 1 : Navigate to your account
  • Step 2: Select my orders
  • Step 3: Select return order on the order you would like to return
  • Step 4: Select the relevant items you wish to return and entre the quantity
  • Step 5: Enter your reason for returning your product and attach a image of the item you are wanting to return
  • Step 6: Click submit

Kindly note that the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products purchased at the Annual Charity Open Day (including Virtual Shopping Sales).
  • Perishable items
  • Jewellery or personal products
  • Product that have been misused, abused damaged due to accidents or reasonable wear and tear.
  • Contains any discolouration, corrosion, chipping, peeling, stains, scratches, or scrapes to the interior and/or exterior.
  • Damaged due to overheating or incorrect use in extreme temperatures

*A product is in a sellable condition provided that it:

  • Has not been misused, abused, damaged due to accidents or reasonable wear and tear.
  • Does not contain any discolouration, corrosion, chipping, peeling, stains, scratches, or scrapes to the interior and/or exterior
  • Has not been damaged from overheating or incorrect use in extreme temperatures

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • Gift Vouchers expire 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • If a Gift Voucher is lost or stolen, Carrol Boyes will not be liable for reimbursement or compensation of any nature.
  • Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for products of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
  • Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of presentation.
