Carrol partnered with her brother John to create a unique range of limited-edition luxury wines - a toast to luxury, artistry and the finest South African wine. This Cap Classique first reveals a delicate bouquet of citrus and summer fruit on the nose, followed by a dry and well balanced palate. The wines were kept for 28 months untouched for flavour development before disgorgement.
