Its serrated edge blade is made from stainless steel and is designed to last. Its narrow blade with a minimal surface area to ensure that soft cheeses do not stick. There are prongs at the end of the mirror-polished blade for picking up freshly cut pieces of cheese with. The ocean-inspired wave design on the handle of this cheese knife is crafted from our in-house pewter.
