Instant EFT with Ozow

What is Ozow payment method?

Ozow is a fast, simple, and secure way for consumers to pay directly from their bank account via instant EFT. Payment with Ozow clears immediately and is available to any customer banking with ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank, Capitec, Investec, Tymebank, African Bank, and Bidvest Bank.

How safe is Ozow?

Ozow is safe, secure and does not store any information that can be used to access your bank account. Ozow uses the highest encryption standard available, in addition to your bank's multi-factor authentication security mechanisms.

Ozow is registered as a Systems Operator and Third-Party Payment Provider with the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA). Ozow applies PCI DSS and SSL security standards to its automated EFT platform.

1. What can I expect during the application process?

2. What documentation is required?

Colour copy of your ID and latest three months' bank statements. You can upload the documents on the online application, or email them through to applications@fevertreefinance.co.za.

3. What are the qualifying criteria?

You need to be between the ages of 18 and 65, earn a minimum of R5 000 a month and be a responsible credit user.

4. How long does the application process take?

Pre-approval happens within 30 seconds and you can be approved within 30 minutes, depending on when your supporting documents are submitted.

5. How do I pay my account?

Payments are via debit order on your selected payment date.

6. How much will I pay?

The repayment amount is calculated over 12 months and includes a monthly admin fee, once-off initiation fee and interest linked to prime + 10.5%.

7. Can I settle my account early?

Yes. There is no penalty for early settlement. Simply get in contact with FeverTree Finance.

8. How do I shop and pay?

• In-store: show your ID number at the till point
• Online: select The Carrol Boyes Account at checkout

9. What happens if I cancel my order?

Once your order has been cancelled, we will request for the amount to be credited back onto your account.

• The Carrol Boyes Accounts are provided by FeverTree Finance (Pty) Ltd, a registered credit provider (NCRCP19967).
• You have up to 12 months to settle your bill.
• To apply, you need to be between the ages of 18 and 65, earn a minimum of R5 000 per month and be a responsible credit user.
• Subject to affordability.
• SA citizens only.
• Your Account Agreement includes FeverTree Credit Life Insurance, underwritten by Guardrisk Life Limited, a licensed life insurer and authorised financial services provider (FSP76).
