Virtual Sale Terms & Conditions
The annual Carrol Boyes Virtual Sale offers customers a 30-minute WhatsApp-based shopping session with clearance items, including imperfect, ex-display, discontinued, or unpackaged products sold as-is and subject to availability.
Invoices can be adjusted once before acceptance, and only secure card payment links are allowed, with orders dispatched within 7–10 working days after payment reflects.
By replying "Accept", customers agree to all Terms & Conditions, including the no-refunds, no-returns, and no-exchanges policy.

- Each customer receives a 30-minute shopping slot.
- Sessions cannot be extended.
- Customers must accept Terms via WhatsApp before shopping.
- Items may be imperfect, ex-display, discontinued, or unpackaged.
- No guarantees on condition or packaging.
- Polishing can be requested at customer cost.
- Items are subject to availability and may sell out.
- Products may be withdrawn without notice.
- Invoices can be adjusted once before acceptance.
- Refunds (if applicable) reflect discounted value.
- Promotion codes may be modified or cancelled.
- Invoices sent via WhatsApp.
- One change allowed before acceptance.
- Only secure card links accepted.
- No EFT, Snapscan, Zapper or manual payments.
- Payment window: 5–10 minutes.
- Unpaid orders are cancelled.
- Orders dispatched within 7–10 working days.
- Payment must reflect before processing.
- All items sold as-is.
- No refunds, returns or exchanges.
- All shopping via WhatsApp (message or video).

- Orders are invoiced, packed, and dispatched.
- No manual paperwork is exchanged.
