As a Retail Planner and Allocator at Carrol Boyes, you will support retail sales performance by ensuring stock is allocated, replenished and balanced effectively across stores and channels.

You will analyse store-level sales and stock performance, maintain allocation and replenishment plans, and work closely with Planning, Buying, Merchandise, Retail Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure the right product is available in the right store, at the right time and in the right quantity.

The role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with strong retail awareness who can translate store trading data into practical stock actions that improve availability, stock productivity and customer experience.
