As a Mid-Level Planner at Carrol Boyes, you will manage merchandise planning activities across assigned categories by developing and maintaining sales, stock, margin and inventory plans that support profitable growth.

You will work closely with Buying, Merchandise, Retail Operations, Finance and Supply Chain teams to translate trading performance into clear actions, maintain appropriate stock investment and ensure products are available in the right quantities at the right time.

The role requires a commercially minded and analytical planner who can independently manage planning cycles, identify opportunities and risks, and provide practical recommendations that improve sales, stock productivity and profitability.
