A Lid that perfectly fits the 26cm Frying Pain from the Flow Range which is not sold with a lid. This Lid is expertly crafted from 5mm tempered glass which is oven-safe up to 200°C. The glass lid provides easy viewing of food in the pans or pots. The Flow range is expertly crafted with attention to the smallest details that deliver a professional cooking experience. The Flow handle is an ergonomically designed handle for comfort when cooking. The 26cm Frying Pan Lid has a steam vent to release steam while cooking which aids in in the prevention of liquids or food boiling over and rattling whilst cooking. CLEANING: Cool your pots or pans for a few minutes before washing in hot, soapy water. Do not plunge, or fill, hot cookware with cold water. For pans with stubborn residue, fill with warm water and soak for 10 - 15 minutes. Do not use harsh or abrasive brushes, cleaning pads or agents to clean cookware. We recommend handwashing for prolonged use of your cookware. HOWEVER, IF YOU PREFER TO USE THE DISHWASHER, KEEP THE BELOW POINTS IN MIND: Use only domestic-strength dishwasher detergent, preferably the varieties without lemon.
