The expertly crafted size design of this kitchen staple features a pouring lip for chocolate ganache and custard. The relative shallowness this saucepan also lends itself to the thickening of sauces and gravy. This versatile piece is also useful for the preparation of grains, including rice and oats, poaching eggs or boiling vegetables. Inspired by the natural flow and motion of fingers wrapping around a handle, the Flow cookware range caters for those with a taste for quality cookware. CLEANING: Cool your pots or pans for a few minutes before washing in hot, soapy water. Do not plunge, or fill, hot cookware with cold water. For pans with stubborn residue, fill with warm water and soak for 10 - 15 minutes. Do not use harsh or abrasive brushes, cleaning pads or agents to clean cookware. We recommend handwashing for prolonged use of your cookware. HOWEVER, IF YOU PREFER TO USE THE DISHWASHER, KEEP THE BELOW POINTS IN MIND: Use only domestic-strength dishwasher detergent, preferably the varieties without lemon. Please note: Prolonged, regular dishwashing may result in discolouration. This is normal wear and tear and is not covered by the Guarantee.
